Project Coordinator (tourism project)

Job Description:

  • Planning and directing the implementation of the project,
  • Manage the project in accordance with the project scope, schedule and budget,
  • Monitor project progress and report to management,
  • Project Risk Management,
  • Business needs analysis,
  • Creating a marketing strategy,
  • Public relations,
  • Collaborate with business, project team, and external vendors,
  • Maintain administrative records (bidding, purchase orders, contracts).
Candidates are expected to:

  • Higher education, preferred majors: management, project management, marketing, hospitality or tourism.
  • Project Management Experience,
  • Knowledge of project management issues and methodologies
  • Marketing sense, ability to plan and monitor marketing activities
  • Ability to maintain positive media relations,
  • Communication skills, open-mindedness and a highly developed business acumen,
  • Good work organization,
  • Cat. B driver's license.
