Catering shift manager

Job Location: Bronislawów

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, coordinate and control employees on shift in the food service department
  • Coordinate and control the progress of events during the shift
  • Professional, efficient and flexible service for hotel guests and conference groups
  • Keeping sales records
  • Cooperation with other departments of the hotel
  • Assist in solving problems and difficult situations in other departments on shift
